At 30 years old, Alison was Global Head of Electronic Trading and a member of JPMorgan’s Futures & Options Global Executive Management Team. Transferred from Wall Street to London for an overseas assignment, Alison lead the evolutionary shift from open outcry pit trading to screen and algorithmic trading, an industry-wide initiative impacting people, roles, processes, infrastructure, cultures, cities and markets globally.
Alison became a Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer & only fember member of the 4-person Futures & Options Executive Management Team at UBS. Together with her peers, she delivered the successful acquisition and integration of ABN Amro Futures & Options.
With extensive experience in defining global business strategy, delivering results, architecting & leading change, managing acquisitions, transitioning culture and developing talent, Alison chose to turn her skills to where she believed she could impact the greatest change : executive leadership transformation. Renowned for her authenticity and intuitive insight, she is valued for her innovative approach and perspective.
Now an executive and personal coach to all those navigating periods of change and transition, Alison is a specialist in sponsoring upward mobility in leadership as well as providing strategic insight to top tier leaders in the C-Suite and on executive management teams. She is especially well-placed at up-leveling individuals transitioning from mid into top tier leadership roles or from management teams into C-Suite and CEO leadership positions.

Alison & her husband, Jules Williams, founded 21 Mile Films, the production arm of Inside Out Retreats. As co-director, producer, editor and cinematographer, Alison creates short-form documentaries celebrating personal story and legacy. Among their many projects, the couple launched, IBULIEVE, a docu-series sharing inspirational stories of how our lives and missions are shaped by our experiences.
